Location: Auckland Airport Area
Requirements:
- Have previous work experiences in receptionist or customer service area
- Excellent communication skill is a must, both oral and written in English
- Hold a full NZ driver license
- Be physically fit
- Able to work independently
- Excellent health - long working hours and most involve driving
- Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows
- Time flexible, able to work diffient 8 hours shifts as reception operates 24/7

- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Attention to details
- Be able to work independently and in a team
- Able to problem solve and strive for efficiency in all processes and workflows
- Outstanding customer service
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Airport shuttle transfers
- Security monitoring
- Dealing with customers in person, over the phone and by emails
- Processing of guest reservations, check-in and check-out using computer software
- Providing assistance with guests' enquiries
- Cash handling
Wage will be discussed at interview. Rates will be reviewed later based on the personal performance.
