Sales Associates It is busy in our Auckland stores and we need to increase the size of our sales team!

We are looking for outgoing people to join us in our central stores. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing a real New Zealand shopping experience to our customers from overseas.

We currently have several positions available with an immediate start possible. The ideal candidate for these roles will have good communication and customer service skills. The successful applicant will:

1. Be responsible for assessing our customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on our products and services;
2. Be polite, friendly, enthusiastic and have an energetic personality;
3. Have the ability to work flexible hours. We are currently open 7 days a week from 9.30 am to10:00 pm;
4. Have work experience as a retail sales associate or in a similar role. Previous work experience gained in the tourism industry;
5. Speaking Mandarin or Japanese would be advantageous.
6. Be a New Zealand resident or a citizen or hold a valid work visa.
