Part-time Sales Consultant(s)
Partridge Jewellers are looking for two part-time sales consultants to join the team in our new store at Auckland International Airport. You will be self-motivated and results-driven, have excellent communications skills and passionate about providing excellent customer service. We represent world-class luxury watch brands and fine jewellery and provide an expert, friendly and bespoke service to our discerning customers.
The two part-time roles (up to 20 hours per week) would suit someone with flexible work hours to work either early morning shifts (e.g. 4.30am - 10.30am) or evening shifts e.g. 5-11pm).
Fluency in English AND Mandarin languages is essential.
Ongoing training and support is provided from senior management as well as from the international brands that we carry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service and proactively following up on all customer enquiries
- Office/Sales/Stock administration
- Developing strong client relationships with existing customers and new customers
- Maximising every sales opportunity
- Ability to work under pressure
The Successful candidate will have:
- Either sales, hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communications and negotiation skills and ability to present product
- High standard of personal presentation
- The drive to succeed and be part of a successful sales team
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete office administration duties
