HY Immigration is an immigration company based inAuckland New Zealand which is specialized in all type of visas. We havelicensed Immigration advisers and Education New Zealand Trained Agents to helpout client who wants to come to New Zealand for studying, working ormigranting.
Currently we are seeking an energetic and experienced Licensed Immigration Adviser or senior documentation officer to join our fast growing team.
Key tasks & responsibilties:
Ø Be able to complete visa applications independently
Ø Give potential and current cilents immigraion assessment and advice
Ø Keep communication with Immigration New Zealand over our clients’ issues
Ø Prepare checklists to clients
Ø Check visa documents provided by clients
Ø Write excellent cover letters for visa applications
Skills and experience requirements:
Ø Have strong communication skills, such as being able to deal with clients with different backgrounds
Ø Hold a full or provisional Immigration Advisor License （prefer）
Ø Excellent English writing skills
Ø A good understanding Immigation laws and instructions
Ø Multi-task skills and prioritise tasks
Ø Applicant who can speak fluent English as well as Chinese is preferred
