新西兰最近发现路上很多车的前车标上扣一个红色的罩
在新西兰
RT，最近总是能在路上看见一些车车头的车标上扣一个像一次性碗一样的红色罩子把车标罩住。。大家谁知道是干啥呢？1，2辆是偶然。。。最近1，2星期见了起码20辆+是这样了，丰田 holden什么都有。。。
好奇心重，求解答啊！！
