Our neighbourhood is very good, apart from the dog shits on the footpath. even though It’s raining outside, Numerous showers, cold, windy.

numerous showers--- scattered showers
mostly cloudy----  mostly sunny   多云--- 晴到少云
partly cloudy --  partly sunny, 局部多云   they mean exactly the same thing.

mild - cool -- cold
breezy---  windy  微风--多风
