今天去pinewood shopping center看一店，看看周围中餐生意都很淡，有的直接关门。那华人多吗？

本身pinewood SC就很少人去， 位置不好，SHOPS不够多， 给其他SC 3面夹攻~~那个区华人不少
去2K外滴GLEN KINGS WAY看看， 人暴多， PARKING也找不到咧~~~

dont buy it.. it even does not have much local people to go there...
Up has Glen Waverley shopping district.. pass Monash freeway abit has Chadstone... abit further up is Branden Park shopping Centre.. and recenly in the Cnr of Westall Rd and Princess Hwy opened IKEA Shopping Centre...
Local asian people eat dinner will prefer drive to Glen Waverley, much varieties. local students either living close to Clayton or otherside of Wellington Road of the Monash Uni. It is too far away for them to walk to Pinewood SC, if they have car, they will drive to Glen Waverley for sure.. Pinewood SC does not have any future..

haha.. long time no see lor.. :) do you gals still have karaoke each month..? I am too busying to work, look after restaurant and baby, 3 things at same time... since my wife's grandma left. If I have time, I will prefer to hug my pillow nowadays.. :p
